Ingredients:

* Green asparagus: 1 kg
* Boiled egg: 3
* Cider vinegar: 1 c. Soup
* Hazelnut oil: 4 vs. Soup
* Oil: 1 C. Soup
* Orange juice: 1
* Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Cut the asparagus to the same length, peel them, let them cook in boiling salted water for approximately 15 minutes and drain.
