Ingredients:

* Dirt: 450 g
* Mozzarella: 60 g
* Ricotta: 125 g
* Gruyère: 250 g
* Butter: 2 C. Soup
* Flour: 1 C. Soup
* Milk: 25 cl
* Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Drain them.

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and mix well (making a roux).

Cut the cheese into pieces.

Put milk and cheese. Let the cheese melt over low heat.

Add pasta to the sauce cheese, pepper and mix well.
