Ingredients:

* Ham: 250 g
* Spaghetti: 450 g
* Mushrooms betting: 12
* County: 120 g
* Grated parmesan: 50 g
* Margarine: 2 C. Coffee
* Cream: 25 cl
* Dry white wine: 2 c. Soup
* Chicken stock: 1 c. Soup

Preparation:

Cook the spaghetti. Drain and reserve them.

In a saucepan, stir fry mushrooms in margarine.

Put cream, white wine and broth. Let simmer 5 minutes over low heat.

Cut the ham into strips.

Add the Parmesan and the county, let melt cheese. Add the ham and reduce heat to low.

Add the spaghetti, mix everything and write on plates.
