Preparation:

* Figatellu (liver sausage): 150 g
* Plays beef: 100 g
* Ricotta: 500 g
* Egg: 6
* Pancetta (bacon bacon): 150 g
* Chestnut flour: 250 g

* Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Boil salted water, add the sifted flour chestnuts.

* Flour: 1 C. Soup
* Milk: 25 cl
* Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Drain them.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and mix well (making a roux).
Cut the cheese into pieces.
Put milk and cheese. Let the cheese melt over low heat.
Add pasta to the sauce cheese, pepper and mix well.
