Ingredients:

* Peeled garlic: 30 pods
* Coarse salt: 1 c. Soup
* Cloves: 2
* Water: 2 l
* Farmhouse bread: 6 slices
* Sage: part 1
* Olive oil: 3 c. Soup
* Ground pepper

Preparation:

Put water to boil with sage, cloves, 5 to 6 turns of the pepper mill, salt and peeled garlic cloves.

Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.

Grill the bread and brush it with olive oil.

Remove the branch of sage and cloves.

Book 1 clove of garlic per person and the soup mix.

In each plate, coarsely crush a clove of garlic, have a slice of toast and pour the broth over.

Accompany eventually grated cheese or shavings of Parmesan.
